Family Essential Packs
We offer specialised essential packs tailored to different family needs and stages. From pregnancy support to toddler care, we’re here to help with practical items that matter most.
Formerly known as Bundles that Love, now expanded to provide toiletries and essentials for all ages. We’ve redesigned the service to better benefit local families. Please note we no longer accept second-hand donations or large equipment, and instead provide new items to our community.
How to Request Essential Packs
Get a Referral
Ask someone who supports you (like a social worker, health visitor, midwife, teacher, or support worker) to fill out a referral form for you.
They’ll help you choose what you need, pick the best hub for you to collect from, and agree on a good day and time.
Tell Them What You Need
Make sure you tell your worker exactly what you need. which formula brand, nappy size, any allergies, or special products.
Collect Your Items
Go to the chosen hub during opening times (no appointment needed) to collect your items.
If you can’t collect them yourself, the person who made the referral can collect for you.
