Who are we & what do we do?
Bournemouth Foodbank’s vision is to see a fairer, hunger-free society where everyone has enough money to put food on their plate and a network of community support. We are looking to address the underlying causes of the crisis, to challenge injustice and to bring communities across BCP together through compassionate and practical help. We are committed to empowering individuals and families by addressing the root causes of poverty and working collaboratively with local partners to build a more equitable society. Through our dedicated efforts, we aim to uplift our community and ensure that no one is left behind.

Main reasons people need us
In 10 years of social reform, austerity and continued cuts to statutory services, the need for a food bank in Bournemouth has more than doubled and continues to grow. Areas of most need are Eastcliff & Springbourne and Boscombe.
